What is your refund policy?

All Gumzo accounts begin with an obligation-free trial which will allow you to evaluate the service. No credit card information or mobile payment details are required to initiate a trial account. However, only one trial is available per registered phone number. Upon completion of the free trial, you will given the option to sign up for a one-week paid access to unlimited service.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide extensions to the free trial period and once the weekly billing has taken place, we are not able to offer refunds beyond the pro-rata balance remaining of the current week. Once you have subscribed to one of our paid plans, your subscription will renew automatically, on your weekly renewal date, until you cancel. Your cancellation stops all future payments. If you are dissatisfied with the service for any reason, we are truly sorry and want to hear how we can improve.

I am getting a bad echo on my calls
In most cases, an echo on a call is caused by someone on the call using their speakers and microphone out loud, and so the microphone picks up the sound from the speakers, but slightly delayed. The best answer is to have each party use headphones and/or mute anyone not talking. 95% of the time, one of those two will solve it.
